Q: What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from working with Willy’s Trucking Service?

A: The first Improvement with Willy’s Trucking is having our equipment delivered to the branches before 10:00AM. Our branches require shipments for early morning so the customer can have the equipment on Site the same day in the morning. The Second improvement is having trucks able to pick up equipment late in the afternoon. There are some RUSH pickups that I get requested late in the day and when I call John to see if we can make it work to have a truck pick up within the hour he is able to make the pickup.

Q: If a potential client was on the fence about whether to work with Willy’s Trucking Service or not, what would you say to them?

A: I would let them know the costs for transport are reasonable and work with partial loads without having to pay a full load rate with another carrier. Also the commitment in having trucks available to make shipment deliveries for Next Day Service. Also knowing there are trucks available in Edmonton, Grande Prairie & Peace River when required helps transport our equipment. Your staff assistance is wonderful and I have no complaints with the service Willy’s Trucking provides.

– Reliable on time shipments from Edmonton and Grande Prairie
– Great communication when they are going to be late due to road conditions or otherwise.
– Affordable rate for a supreme service, not getting my freight costs me money so trusting that I will get my freight is a big deal!!
– Customer service is great, any issues with a shipment they are on it and get back to me in a very timely manner.
